My mother and I loved being there. All the staff were amiable and helpful giving some tips about the city. I walked everywhere, the location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to the center. It was just a pleasant stroll away from Terrazza Contact Bar, serving fast food.

Marvellous location and amiable staff were a definite plus. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus. The double room was perfect and big size, with a private safe, climate control, and a mini-bar🙂

this small hotel is equal to 4 stars. the units were new-fashioned and brand-new with a balcony. everyone is helpful and host too. the location is perfect and excellent very close to all the attractions.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, nice for a peaceful night's sleep. The balcony was a great addition, even though it overlooked a parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and gave me a taste of the Italian cuisine. The staff, especially Federica, were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. I highly recommend staying at La Lupa for a wonderful experience in Matera.

I had an amazing experience at this place called La Lupa. the location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Sassi. the room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a modern bathroom. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including coffee, yogurts, fruit, and sweet baked goods. the wifi worked well in the room, and the communication with the host was easy using WhatsApp. the owners, Pasquale and Federica, were kind and polite. Pasquale even surprised us by picking us up from the train station. He provided us with useful recommendations and answered all our questions. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.
